Opening of the list of speakers the day before at 8.45 am

During his opening statement of the 7th session of the Universal Periodic Review, the President of the Human Rights Council, H.E. Mr. Alex Van Meeuwen, recalled the rules pertaining to the Reports of the Working Group and the list of speakers. The latter opens the day before the review at 8.45 am and relies on a "first come, first served" basis.
