UPR session 17 to be held from 21 October to 1 November 2013

The Office of the High Commissioner recently published the dates of the 17th session of the Universal Periodic Review Working Group. The session will be held form 21st October to 1st November 2013.

The countries to be reviewed are, in this order: Saudi Arabia, Senegal, China, Nigeria, Mexico, Mauritius, Jordan, Malaysia, Central African Republic, Monaco, Belize, Chad, Republic of Congo, and Malta.

The deadlines for the submissions of stakeholders’ information are:

 4 March 2013: China, Jordan, Mauritius, Mexico, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Senegal.

 11 March 2013: Belize, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Malaysia, Malta, and Monaco.
