Access to healthcare: healing inequalities
While 4.6 billion people worldwide still lack access to healthcare, inequalities persist even in countries like Switzerland, where many families struggle to afford essential care.
Health is a fundamental human right, yet for millions it remains out of reach due not only to costs, but also to systemic barriers. From maternal mortality to unmet mental health needs, the gaps are both stark and growing.
International mechanisms such as the Universal Periodic Review are helping to drive progress by holding states accountable and promoting concrete reforms.
