Engaging children in human rights follow-up

UPR Info together with the How to Child's Rights platform and other partners are delighted to invite you to join the second of three African regional events on how to engage children in follow-up to reporting to the Global and AU human rights mechanisms.

This session is aimed at children who may have been involved in reporting and/or follow-up, or children who would like to be involved in follow-up to reporting in the future. Adults working on children’s rights are also welcome to attend to learn from children.

This engaging session will feature children sharing their experiences on how they have been conducting follow-up to reporting and what they have achieved. Additionally, the session will provide child-friendly guidance, and include a peer-to-peer Q&A and dialogue session.
