New Documents for States and CSOs in the OHCHR webpage

The Office of the High Comisioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) has started to publish country's mid-term Reports from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). This is a key development for CSOs as it is a way to measure the level of implementation of the recommendations received at the UPR. UPR Info has encouraged States and CSOs to publish such reports since 2011, particularly through our Follow-up Programme, in order to benefit the whole international community. We strongly believe without these mid-term evaluations the UPR process stalls in an isolated process in Geneva. The Stakeholders mid-term Reports are made public along with the SuR mid-term Reports on the OHCHR webpage. 

In addition, the OHCHR has published the French version of its Guidance Notes for National Reports for the third cycle.
