Japan, Mauritius and Poland present mid-term reports on the follow-up

On March 18, Japan, Mauritius and Poland each presented during the general debate under item 6 of the Human Rights Council a mid-term report on the progress of implementation of UPR recommendations and pledges.

Mauritius is the first African State to do so. Countries which have previously submitted a mid-term report are: Argentina, Bahrain, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
