Apply now to participate in UPR Pre-sessions 22

UPR Info is now organising the next round of pre-session to discuss the human rights situation of States to be reviewed at the 22nd UPR Working Group (4-15 May 2015): Andorra, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Honduras, Jamaica, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mongolia, Panama and the United States.
The pre-session will take place from 7 to 10 April 2015, at the Centre International de Conférences Genève, 17 rue de Varembé, Room 5.  A detailed programme will be circulated at a later stage.

CSOs and NHRIs interested in participating will need to fill in this form and return it by email, together with the UPR submission, to presessions@upr-info.org .
The deadline to apply to participate in the pre-sessions is February 8th, 2015.

The UPR Pre-sessions bring together Permanent Missions, National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to discuss the human rights situation of States one month prior to their review at the UPR Working Group. The Pre-sessions offer permanent delegations the opportunity to be informed on the status of implementation of recommendations made during the previous review, while providing space for civil society to influence the process by lobbying several delegations at once.
