Timetable for UPR pre-sessions 22 now available

The timetable for the next UPR Info round of pre-sessions is now available. Civil Society Organisations, NHRIs and Permanent Missions will meet to discuss the human rights situation of the majority of states to be reviewed at the 22nd UPR Working Group Session (4-15 May 2015): Belarus, Croatia, Honduras, Jamaica, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Maldives, Mongolia and the United States.

The meetings will take place from 8 to 10 April 2015 at the Centre International de Conférences Genève (CICG), 17 rue de Varembé, Room V, with the participation of more than 50 CSOs.
 
The pre-sessions offer permanent delegations the opportunity to be informed on the status of implementation of recommendations made during the previous review, while providing space for civil society to influence the process by lobbying several delegations at once.
