Troika Members selected for UPR Working Group Sessions 27 and 28
On 13 February 2017, the Human Rights Council (HRC) selected the Troika members for the States to be reviewed at sessions 27 (1– 12 May 201), and 28 (6-17 November 2017) of the UPR Working Group.
The Troika consists of three States that facilitate the review, selected by the drawing of lots among the 47 members of the Human Rights Council. The two Working Group sessions of 2017, marking the beginning of the third cycle of the UPR, will be presided over by the new President of the Human Rights Council, H.E. J.A. Maza Martelli.
